Account data: your name, email address, and optional organization details you provide at registration.
Practice session data: transcripts and audio recordings from your practice calls, your scorecard results, and the coaching feedback we generate.
Usage data: which features you use, how long sessions last, and general analytics to help us improve the product.
We use your data to provide the service: to run AI scoring on your calls, show your progress over time, and personalize coaching. We also use aggregated, anonymized data to improve our AI models and user experience. We do not use your data for advertising.
Practice calls are recorded so you can review your performance. Recordings are stored securely and are private to your account. They are not shared with third parties except as required to operate the service (for example, the AI processing provider). You can request deletion of your recordings by contacting us.
We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with service providers needed to operate CoPilot, including our AI voice and scoring infrastructure, our hosting provider, and our authentication service. These providers are contractually required to handle your data securely.
We retain your account data and scorecards for as long as your account is active. You can request account deletion and data removal by contacting us at the address below.
We use minimal cookies to keep you signed in and to collect basic usage analytics. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.

We use industry-standard security practices including encryption in transit (HTTPS) and at rest. No system is 100% secure; if you believe your account has been compromised, contact us immediately.
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the effective date at the top of this page. Material changes will be communicated via email or an in-app notice.
