Advisy CoPilot ("CoPilot," "we," "us") is an AI voice-roleplay training tool operated by Advisy. These Terms of Service govern your use of the service at copilot.advisy.com and any related applications.
CoPilot is a training and skills-development tool for real estate media sales teams. You may use the service for legitimate training purposes. You agree not to use the service to harass, deceive, or harm others, to upload content you do not have the right to share, or to reverse-engineer or interfere with the service.
Some features require an account. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure. You agree to provide accurate information when creating an account. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.
CoPilot records your practice calls so you can review your performance. By starting a call, you consent to that call being recorded and stored. Recordings are used to generate scorecards and coaching feedback. Recordings are private to your account and are not shared with third parties except as described in our Privacy Policy.
We collect account information (name, email), practice session transcripts and audio, and usage analytics. We use this data to provide and improve the service. We do not sell your personal data. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
The CoPilot platform, including its AI models, design, and content, is owned by Advisy. You retain ownership of any content you upload. By using the service, you grant us a limited license to process your content to provide the service.
CoPilot is provided as a training tool. AI-generated scores and coaching are meant to support skill development and should not be relied upon as professional or legal advice. Results may vary.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Advisy is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of CoPilot. Our total liability is limited to amounts you have paid for the service in the past 12 months.
We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the effective date at the top of this page. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
